To ensure you are kept up to date with scheduled work and to avoid surprises, we guarantee regular site meetings with your project manager of what to expect in the coming weeks.

You will be provided with clear and regular invoices outlining exactly what work has been completed. In the event we are engaged in an UltraBuild Open Book contract you will receive copies of all invoices from trades and suppliers so you know exactly what has been expended on your project.

 

Project Oversight

 

We guarantee that your project will be overseen by a Licensed Building Practitioner. We only engage with associated trades who we consider to be specialists in their field and who hold the required licences and registrations.

Our UltraBuild Taranaki unique quality checklists will be completed at regular staged intervals during your project. You can stay assured that all aspects of your project, down to the finest detail, are inspected prior to the project proceeding to the next stage.

 
Qualified Sub Trades.png

Qualified Sub Trades

 

Any subcontractor we engage must be able to provide a warranty on their workmanship. In the unlikely event there is a problem during the warranty period, we will engage with the requisite trade supplier to ensure any issues are rectified.

 
Site Management.png

Site Management

 

Your project will be kept clean and tidy and secure at all times during the building process. Rubbish and off cuts will be placed in skip bins. Where necessary site fencing will be used. At the close of each workday your project will be locked and secured. Upon completion, a full builders clean will be provided.

Before starting your project we will ensure that any people we employ on your project will have been approved by us and will have met the UltraBuild Team Proficiency Standards.

 
Quality Materials.png

Quality Materials

 

We guarantee to use and provide quality materials and products. All materials delivered to site will be graded and quality checked prior to being used. If any are below standard they will be replaced. In the unlikely event that any product is compromised prior to handover, we will organise repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.
