1. Initial Contact
   Following your initial phone call we set out immediately to establish how we can help determine exactly what it is you are looking to achieve.

2. Planning Consultation
   From there we set up an initial meeting where we hone in on the desired result. We establish what Ultrabuild, and our associated sub trades, will need to do to deliver, and hopefully, also exceeded your goals

3. Pricing Estimation
   If both of us (you and Ultrabuild) agree that we are a good fit then we move on to the pricing or estimate stage.

4. Quote Comparison Meeting
   Assuming that you will be getting other builders to quote, we will set up a project comparison meeting. At this we will go through all pricing with you and compare what has been included in each quote.This is to ensure that you get the best value. Obviously we hope that Ultrabuild is the best option, but if not we will point you in the right direction.

5. Agreement Signed
   If we are both happy to proceed, then we will sign the Master Build contract and move to the procurement and scheduling stage.

6. Walk Throughs
   Once the project is underway we schedule regular walkthrough - to not only explain what stage we are up to but also to outline upcoming stages. This is also a good time to address any questions you might have or to discuss any alternatives that may have arisen.

7. Quality Assurance
   As part of the Ultrabuild Quality Control we complete staged ‘Ultrabuild Checklists.’ These are completed prior to moving on to the next stage and ensure that nothing is overlooked. It also confirms that both our team and our associated teams of subcontractors have fully completed each particular stage before proceeding.

8. Completion
   Upon completion you will recieve a complimentary commercial clean to make sure your place is sparkling and ready for you to enjoy.
